Hey Marcos. Sorry to hear about that!

I've never tried the Suplerlux HD series before, but I've read that they can be relatively uncomfortable.

If you weren't listening at loud volumes, my guess is that the fit maybe applied pressure in the wrong places to give you sore inner ears — I wouldn't conclude that the neodymium magnets (which are pretty much standard) are necessarily to blame.

There are quite a few pressure points around the ears that can cause or alleviate pain.

Of course, either way, I wouldn't recommend you continue using those headphones if they're causing you pain.

Dear Arthur. I bought a pair of superlux HD headphones. I never used this kind with neodymium magnets before. I experienced pain in inner ears and head only 5minutes after trying first time. I felt sensible to other sounds outside too when left home. It is incredible how flexible and unhealthy measures brands take in order to promote "high definition sound techonology". The pain was something I never experienced before , attending loud concerts is not even close to this experience (something I did very rare in my lifetime).
I use headphones with low volume almost everyday around 4hours. never experienced pain, and when I took health test before a new job , in the hearing test I always obtained perfect score. I can hear the lowest volume and high pitch sound, say "listen a needle falling to ground".
Do you have any opinion or health story related to this issue? I felt like my inner ear was hitted by a hammer, and playing sound and music in the usual low volume.
